Update
Appflow builds have been working since yesterday as per the previous note.

Our developers have also implemented a fix for updating Deploy counts and usage, which is slowly rolling out.

Update
Customers are able to build in Appflow again. However, there is an issue with Deploy counts that is currently manifesting on the Dashboard (showing "0") that we are working on a fix for. Until that issue has been resolved, we will keep this incident open.

Our engineers have been working on identifying the root cause of the backend issues. Investigation is ongoing.

Our engineers are investigating an issue on our backend resulting in 504 errors on some network calls. This may result in users being unable to access the Appflow Dashboard or their applications.
